Man charged in armed robbery case released from custody
A man charged after an armed robbery in the R.M. of Spalding has been released from custody until his next court appearance.
23-year-old Bohdey Bussiere of Spalding was charged with three counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm.
RCMP say two armed men wearing masks entered a home in the R.M. of Spalding on Sept. 16 and pointed guns at the two people inside, leaving with two stolen firearms and electronics.
The second suspect in the case, Joseph “Joey” Desjarlais, was killed during a police pursuit in the Fishing Lake First Nation area.
