Psych assessment to be ordered for man accused of killing his mother
Whether or not a man is fit to stand trial for the death of his mother, may be determined in part by a Saskatchewan psychologist.
Everett Constant was not present when his case was discussed Wednesday morning at Prince Albert Provincial Court.
His lawyer Garth Bendig indicated plans to have a psych assessment completed and the case received a short adjournment to Friday to confirm the details.
In the early afternoon hours of May 4, 2024, Prince Albert police attended to a residence in the Unit Block of 28th St. W. for a family dispute with violence.
