Teen killed in ATV rollover in north of Mosquito First Nation

A tragic rollover accident involving an ATV happened today at around 3:13 p.m. on Highway 4, north of the Mosquito, Grizzly Bear’s Head, Lean Man First Nation, resulting in the death of a teenage boy.
Battleford RCMP along with local EMS, arrived at the scene and found a wounded teenage boy, who was the driver of the ATV.
He was taken to the hospital, where he subsequently passed away. The youth’s family, from the Mosquito, Grizzly Bear’s Head, Lean Man First Nation, has been informed.
Two other occupants, both teenage boys had minor injuries and were treated by EMS on the scene.
