Mustangs remain second ranked team in Canada

Despite a 17-game winning streak, the Melfort Mustangs are not the top-ranked team in the Canadian Junior Hockey League.

The Mustangs, however, remain ranked number two in the nation with a 28-4-0-0 record.

Melfort beat Melville 3-0 both Friday at home and Saturday on the road to continue their winning ways.

The Greater Sudbury Cubs at still the top-ranked team in the CJHL with a 15- game winning streak of their own.
