Apr 1, 2025 | 1:11 PM

Parkland Ambulance is confirming three people were taken to hospital in Prince Albert, following a multi-vehicle crash Monday afternoon on Highway 2 north.

One of the patients was suffering from minor injuries and the other two had serious injuries.

At approximately 1:11 p.m., Buckland Fire/Rescue was toned out for the two vehicle collision in the Redwing area. On arrival, they learned a rear- end collision at highway speed had occurred.

Parkland Ambulance and RCMP were also on scene and there were injured patients in both vehicles.

Fire crews immediately assisted paramedics with loading patients into the ambulance, and then assisted with detouring traffic.

Once the EMS unit had left the scene for the hospital, fire crews worked on cleaning up vehicle fluids that had been spilled on the highway and removing debris.

Once the tow company had loaded up both vehicles, Buckland crews cleared the scene and returned to the fire hall.
