Medstead under total fire ban

Until further notice, a complete fire ban has been issued for both the Rural Municipality of Medstead No. 497 and the Village of Medstead.

The ban was put in place earlier Monday by the fire chief and the Fire Protection Committee due to the dry conditions in the area northeast of Cochin and will be reviewed mid-morning on May 12.
