It was announced back in July that Prince Albert Raiders Head Coach Ryan McDonald would be the Head Coach for Team Canada Red at the 2025 U17 World Hockey Challenge in early Truro, Nova Scotia.

Today the rosters for the teams came out, and just like last year McDonald is bringing two Raiders with him. Unlike last year though, he will be coaching against one of them.

Joining McDonald on Team Canada Red will be Raiders defenceman Brock Cripps. To start the season, Cripps has started the season with four assists from the backend in seven games, and is yet to score his first goal.

As part of Team Canada White, the Raiders will be sending forward Ben Harvey. In his start to the season, Harvey has posted 3G-1A in seven games.

Also on the coaching staff for Team Canada White is former Prince Albert Raiders assistant captain Kyle Chipchura. The former NHLer is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Edmonton Oil Kings after serving as a development coach.
