City looking for civic minded people for boards

Civic-minded community members are being asked by Prince Albert city hall to consider sitting on some local boards.

Spots are available on the Board of Police Commissioners, the Development Appeals Board, the Prince Albert Public Library Board, the Property Maintenance Appeal Board and the Board of Revision.

To qualify, people should be interested in engaging in civic matters and providing expertise and knowledge to help guide recommendations and decisions that impact the city or its residents.

Applications are open until Thursday, November 6.

If selected, responsibilities will include a commitment to attend regular meetings.

Those interested can fill out the Board and Committee Application Form online or by completing the Form at the City Clerk’s Office, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 1084 Central Avenue.
