Clouston mother wins paNOW’s $2,500 shopping spree

Christmas has come a week early for Lori Nolan.

The mother of two boys was named the winner of paNOW’s $2,500 shopping spree.

“I was surprised. My mother entered me in the draw,” she said upon picking up her prize Thursday.

The contest ran for four weeks and the winner must spend their spoils with participating businesses.They can choose to use all of it at one loction or spread the love amongst the many 26 participating local businesses.

“I’ll spread it over,” Nolan said, adding the extra money at Christmas time is a big help.

To be entered into the contest, people had to visit the participating businesses and submit an entry form in store. No purchase was necessary, and people were encouraged to visit all the participating businesses to enter to increase their chances of winning.
