Melfort RCMP looking for break-in suspect

RCMP in Melfort are investigating a break-and-enter at a home in the city.

The incident happened in the 400 blk. of Burrows Ave. E. during the night of Dec. 8.

Sometime between 6 p.m. and 8:05 p.m., an individual entered the home and rummaged through it.

Officers collected and reviewed video surveillance in the area and found the individual, believed to be male, walking through a business parking lot on Sask. Dr. just before 8 p.m.

The suspect was wearing dark-coloured clothing, including a black Crooks and Castle hoodie and a Champion backpack.
