Dec 24, 2025 | 9:08 AM

A man wanted by Pelican Narrows RCMP and the Prince Albert Police Service for offences related to drugs, assaults, weapons/firearms, and breaching conditions has been arrested.

Michael Morin appeared on Dec. 19 at Provincial Court in Prince Albert. He was remanded to Jan. 6

The 23-year-old had been located two days prior at a residence in Pelican Narrows.

When RCMP officers were first attempted to enter the house, they were threatened and, for safety reasons, forced to exit. Officers then secured the area and engaged Saskatchewan RCMP’s Critical Incident Response Team to assist.

Around 8 p.m., efforts by the RCMP Emergency Response Team resulted in Morin exiting the residence where he was arrested without incident.

In addition to the initial charges, he was also charged with uttering threats and resisting arrest.
