Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP continue to search for missing 49-year-old

Having completed numerous air and ground searches in the area, Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP have so far come up empty finding 49-year-old Thomas Corrigal.

He also goes by the name Tommy.

Investigators have determined that on December 24, 2025, around 3:45 p.m., Corrigal was seen walking northwest with another individual on Ahenakew Boulevard in Île-à-la-Crosse.

“Please note that this individual is not a person of interest; at this time, Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP believe Thomas’s disappearance to be non-suspicious in nature,” RCMP in a statement on Monday.

Investigators would like to identify and speak with the person walking with Thomas – or anyone who saw or spoke to him on December 24. Any piece of information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, may be what investigators need to locate Thomas.
