Theft near Watson under investigation

Melfort RCMP are looking for help in solving a recent theft.

Police were called Dec. 16 about a break, enter, and theft at a rural property near Watson, in the RM of Spalding.

The thefts occurred sometime before that time.

One of the stolen items was a 2023 LS MT 122 blue front end loader tractor.

Additional items stolen were power tools like a Stihl chainsaw, 30-gallon Dewalt air compressor, Milwaukee weed whacker, and a Miller Maxstar welder.

Two rifles were also stolen from the property.

The total value of the stolen items was around $30,000.
