Man arrested after break-in, SUV theft at North Battleford business
A 27-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a break and enter and vehicle theft at a North Battleford business earlier this month, Battlefords RCMP said.
Officers were called to a business on 99th Street at about 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 14 after receiving a report of a break and enter. Investigators determined a male suspect broke into the building, damaged a door and stole several sets of vehicle keys along with an SUV.
RCMP later located the stolen SUV in the Glaslyn detachment area and requested assistance from Saskatchewan RCMP’s Meadow Lake Combined Traffic Services.
Officers stopped a vehicle matching the SUV’s description on Highway 3 north of Glaslyn and arrested the male driver.
