Warm weekend weather could bring both melting and more snow
A warm start to the weekend will give way to some slightly cooler conditions.
Brian Proctor of Environment and Climate Change Canada said some warm weather will be coming through Saskatchewan for the early part of the weekend.
Much of the province will have a mild Saturday, with daytime highs ranging from 1 C in the La Ronge area, around 4 or 5 C in the northeast, Humboldt, and Prince Albert, and 7 C around North Battleford.
Wind gusts on Saturday could hit 50 km/h as the warmer weather moves in, and the wind direction will change with cooler weather Saturday night.
