Highway 263 now open

A washout on highway 263 caused some minor detour issues for Canada Day celebrators heading to Waskesiu on Monday.

Now that highway is reopened after crews quickly worked to repair the damage caused by flood waters.

The stretch of road which is inside the Prince Albert National Park border was reported as closed on Sunday.
