Loon Lake RCMP seek two suspects, charge one after intercepting stolen vehicle
One female is facing charges and two male suspects are wanted after RCMP in Loon Lake intercepted a stolen vehicle.
On Aug. 28, officers stopped the vehicle travelling through the area that contained a significant amount of firearms and stolen property.
The investigation, led by Cst. Heather Healey, resulted in a 29-year-old female from La Loche charged with 11 offences. They include weapons trafficking, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon, among others.
The female was remanded into custody and police are working to return the stolen property to the owners.
