Theresa “Queen” Bird was born on Tuesday, December 22, 1953, in Ile a La Crosse, SK, and passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018, in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 64 years. Theresa is survived by her loving family, her husband, Rene Bird; her sons, Daniel (Rolanda) Montgrand, Donovan Montrgrand; her daughters, Darlene (Kevin) Favier, Debbie (Joey) Montgrand; her grandchildren, Tyrel Herman, Callie Herman, Owen Favier, Tanisha Montgrand, Tenille Morin, Tyesha Morin, Dakota Herman;  her sister, Alice (Tobie) Montgrand; her brothers, Jules (Eva) Montgrand, Geoge (Jennifer) Montgrand, John B. Montgrand, Kelly (Marlene) Kwan, Joe Montgrand; her mother-in-law, Sally Bird; her brother-in-law, John Bird; her sisters-in-law, Stella, Virginia; her great-grandchildren, Tobie Favier, Aden Favier, Darian Herman, Denisha Toulejour; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Joachim Montgrand; her mother, Madeline Gertrude Montgrand; her brothers, Charles Montgrand, Micheal Montgrand; her aunts and uncles, Annie (Thomas) Bagg, Elise (Leon) Montgrand; her sister-in-law, Betsy Daigneault. Theresa’s funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at St. Mark Church, Father Jim Kaptein officiating. Interment to follow at South Hill Cemetery.
