P.A. Minor Football pauses all activities due to COVID-19

The Prince Albert Minor Football Association has suspended all activities until further notice due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The decision comes a day after Football Saskatchewan paused all scheduled events, and cancelled their coaches clinic and combine.

At the moment, the only Prince Albert Minor Football program that will be affected is Indoor Flag Football for ages 8-10.

“It is our hope that by acting now and doing our part to help contain the outbreak, we may resume and complete the indoor flag program as soon as possible, and proceed with our outdoor spring season in May and June as planned,” the statement read.

If flag football is unable to conclude its schedule, the registration fees will be transferred to other programs the Prince Albert Minor Football Association offers.
