There were eight poles knocked down north of Wadena and caused power outages for customers east of Wadena along Highway 5 including Clair. Also experiencing outages are Rose Valley, Fosston, Greenwater Lake, Marean Lake and surrounding areas.

In a tweet, SaskPower said power had been up and running again for the Kelvington area just before 8 a.m., while power had been restored to those along Highway 5 just after 8:30 a.m.
