Two COVID-19 cases in North Battleford schools
Living Sky School Division announced two more cases of COVID-19 at North Battleford schools.
The cases were diagnosed in an individual at McKitrick Community School and another at Bready Elementary School. The division is working closely with public health to ensure safety measures are in place and contact tracing is completed. Both schools received a deep cleaning/sanitizing and remain open at this time.
All students and parents have been reminded to continue following safe practices per the province’s guidelines. To protect the privacy of the individuals, no further details are being shared at this time.
As of January 28, there are 23,038 positive cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan, along with 20,275 recoveries and 285 deaths.
