Each season after a couple weeks of practice the kids are split into four teams made up of Pee Wees (grade 5-6) and Bantams (grades 7-8) on each team and are often referred to as the bigs and littles.

The teams are named after 4 Junior football teams in Saskatchewan.

MMF and the highschool football program have seen many athletes go on to play on all 4 teams.
