Green Lake RCMP seeking public assistance in locating Derek Moate

The Green Lake RCMP is asking the public for help in tracking down the whereabouts of 33-year-old Derek Moate.

Police received a call regarding the missing individual on March 21 shortly after 9 p.m. Moate was last seen on a back road between Green Lake and Sled Lake. Initial reports suggest he may have hitched a ride to Pinehouse Junction, but these reports have not been verified.

Moate is described to be approximately five-six with brown eyes, black hair and weighing nearly 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing black pants and a white shirt.
