The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is instructing those who visited the Bender Bar & Grill in Good Soil on April 2 to self-isolate immediately, as there is “an increased risk of exposure to COVID-19.”
The SHA made the announcement on Saturday afternoon, asking patrons of the restaurant that day to arrange for a COVID-19 test through their physician or nurse practitioner, or to contact HealthLine 811. Even those who are not showing symptoms should still arrange for a test, while self-isolating.
The SHA has also restricted access to the Good Soil Long Term Care Facility to Level 3, meaning patients can only have visitors indoors for end-of-life reasons.
