Melfort residents to see lower than normal water pressures this week

The City of Melfort is advising residents on the regional water system that there will be lower than normal water pressures on Tuesday and Thursday this week.
It’ll last between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on each day due to upgrade work being done at the Melfort Water Treatment Plant as use of backup power and pumping equipment will be needed.
SaskWater is also asking those with on-site storage reservoirs to top them up and turn off their supply from the regional system. This is to help avoid the issuance of any Precautionary Drinking Water Advisories.
