Meadow Lake RCMP traffic stop leads to arrest of suspected meth dealers

The Meadow Lake RCMP detachment has apprehended an individual suspected to be involved with drug trafficking activity in Meadow Lake.

On July 5, police located a man with outstanding arrest warrants filed with both the Meadow Lake and Green Lake RCMP. During the arrest, officers seized several substances which are believed to be approximately 125 grams of methamphetamine, 10 grams of cocaine and a sum of cash from the vehicle.

Kodi Gobert of Meadow Lake, SK, was arrested and charged with two drug trafficking offences and possession of proceeds obtained by crime.

Gobert is expected to appear in court on August 30, 2021.
