SHA warning of increased exposure in Wakaw and Rosthern
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is warning of increased exposure risk to COVID-19 in the communities of Rosthern and Wakaw.
Residents around the province are being strongly urged to wear a mask and keep distance from others, especially those that are unvaccinated.
Visitor restrictions have been implemented at the Rosthern Hospital and Lakeview Pioneer Lodge in Wakaw. The two facilities are moving to level three restrictions.
The SHA is reminding the public that the decision to restrict family presence is not taken lightly. The measures are in place to keep you, your loved ones, and health-care workers safe.
