RCMP continue their search for a missing 30-year-old man

Melfort RCMP are continuing to actively search for 30-year-old Quade Ballantyne.

Ballantyne was last seen on Jan. 3 at approximately 10:50 p.m. near Kennedy Drive in Melfort. He was reportedly heading to Prince Albert.

Due to the dangerously cold weather Melfort RCMP are urging the public to come forward with information they may have as Ballantyne was not dressed appropriately for the weather.

The search is being primarily conducted in the City of Melfort and the immediate surrounding area on foot, by snowmobile and drones.

Investigators are asking all residents of Melfort and the area to check their properties for any signs of Ballantyne.
