Roster building continues for 2022-23 Broncos with defensive addition

The commitments keep rolling for the Humboldt Broncos 2022/23 roster as they announced the addition of Tristan Serrao this afternoon.
The Calgary, Alta. and 2004-born defenceman is currently playing with the Calgary Northstars U18 AAA program, the organization stated in a press release. At 6 feet tall, 188 lbs, the 17-year-old blueliner has played 29 games this year in his first full season of U18 hockey and has accumulated eight points, four goals and four assists, along with 54 penalty minutes.
“Tristan is player we’ve kept on our radar for some time now. He plays the game with an edge, very mobile, defends beyond his age, and has the ability to create offensively with his high hockey IQ,” said head coach, Scott Barney. “We envision Tristan quickly becoming a player our fans in Humboldt will really enjoy watching.”
