Proof of vaccine requirements end across Saskatchewan
As public health restrictions lift across the province, some residents are left wondering how changes are coming into effect.
As of Feb. 14 proof of vaccination is no longer required to enter some businesses and other public places, this includes local schools.
“Regarding the public health measures in Saskatchewan, NESD will no longer require proof of vaccination or a negative test, from its staff as well as visitors to any of its facilities,” Don Rempel, director of Education North East School Division (NESD), told northeastNOW.
Although masks are still required until the end of the month, Rempel added that there is no pressure on students to remove their masks.
