Quad accident sends one person to hospital

A night of fun took a sudden turn for the worse when an ATV rider crashed north of Christopher Lake Thursday night.

The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. on Highway 2.

Members of the Lakeland Fire Department responded to the crash along with paramedics from Parkland Ambulance. A 56-year-old man was transported to hospital in good and stable condition.
