The Prince Albert Police Service has welcomed a new member to the team.

Jeb, a two-year-old German Shepherd, has started training with Const. Brown of the Prince Albert Police Service. The two are currently participating in a 16-week training program that includes sessions in obedience, tracking and drug detection. The training program is expected to run until November.

The police service said Jeb was acquired from the RCMP breeding program in Innisfail, Alberta.
