Police investigating after suspect enters home, fights owner

Warman/Martensville RCMP are seeking more information in relation to a break and enter and ensuing altercation that occurred last weekend.
On Saturday, Sept. 30, before 4 a.m. officers responded to the break and enter complaint at the house in Martensville. The investigation revealed a male suspect entered the home and engaged in an altercation with the male homeowner. The accused fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
The homeowner went to the hospital with serious non life-threatening injuries.
A woman inside the home and two other adults outside the residence at the time of the incident were not injured.
