M.L. RCMP deal with property crime, thefts overnight

Some nefarious activity was happening in the city last night, specifically in the southwest corner.

Late last night, Meadow Lake RCMP were notified of multiple property crimes and vandalism to several vehicles in the southwest area of the city, specifically on Carter Place and its surrounding vicinity.

According to Sgt. Ryan How, the suspects are known to police.  

“RCMP have identified suspects in these offences and [we] have recovered what is believed to be stolen property,” he said.

He said anyone who noticed any suspicious activity, experienced any damages or theft of their property to contact the Meadow Lake detachment immediately at (306) 236-2570.
