Lucky diamonds line up for Prince Albert resident

A Prince Albert man struck it rich last week when the gaming machine he was playing at the Northern Lights Casino lined up just right. The Progressive 3X 4X 5X Double Diamond Jackpot was won by Raymond Toutant, who left the casino $296,065 richer.

“Wow. All I can think of is wow,” Toutant said.

Toutant and his wife were visiting the casino in celebration of their son’s birthday. They plan to share some of the winnings with their four sons and pay off some bills.

“It’s an exciting win for Mr. Toutant, and it couldn’t have gone to a nicer couple,” Northern Lights Casino General Manager Richard Ahenakew said in a press release.
